In this role, your primary function is to provide on-site technical support to the company's client base across the UK, and when in the office you will be assisting with the Service Desk or with the delivery of project work.

This role would suit an IT Field Engineer who is looking to work for a well-established, local company, with strong knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 operating systems to an administrative level.

**The Role**:

- On-site work which will include fixing hardware faults, installing upgrades, project work, ad-hoc requests, etc
- Complete project work such as server, network, cable and CCTV installations
- Efficiently handling technical support incidents, requests and changes.

**The Person**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Office 365 and Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy etc
