Juice is excited to be working with a leading property agency based in Bath in their search for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.

We’d love to see someone who is motivated, driven, and has a proactive approach.

If you enjoy a fast-paced varied working environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service then this could be the role for you. It is required that you hold a driver’s license for this role.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Registering and managing applicants
- Arranging meetings with clients to discuss their needs
- Organising and attending viewings
- Generating and booking valuations
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Negotiating agreements and closing deals
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Liaising with solicitors

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in property
- A personable and professional communicator who has the ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiating abilities
- Fantastic time management and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Full driving license
