The firm itself is a multi practice firm who are at the top of their game, and it is no surprise they rank highly across the practice areas. They are lookingto expand their Corporate team and in doing so, a great opportunity has arisen. The firm are proud of the family atmosphere in the offices and are frequently involved in charity work and social events, hybrid/flexible working is supported across the practice.
The role will see you enjoy a varied caseload, the team deal with a full range of files that will include Mergers, acquisitions and disposals, Management buy-outs and buy-ins, Private equity, Debt and other fundraisings, Joint ventures, Corporate reorganisationsand restructurings, LLPs, Shareholders agreements, Option and employee incentivisation schemes.

To be successful, you will:

- Have proven experience working as a Paralegal
- Have experience within, or a passion for Corporate law.
- Be naturally driven and motivated.
