The (Trainee) Inventory Clerk role is a great place for you to learn, develop and progress your career further in Residential Lettings and Property Reports. Initially, you will be spending time learning new systems and gaining an understanding of the Lettings Industry as well as the numerous regulations Landlords and Agents must adhere to. Over time your role and responsibilities will grow in line with your personal development programme and on the job training, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the expected performance as a fully trained Inventory Clerk, completing detailed and accurate property reports and contributing to the success of your team and office.
**The Role**
Would you like to spend most of your working day out and about in the local community? If so, then the role of Inventory Clerk could be just what you are looking for You will spend your time visiting properties in the East Kent area, liaising with landlords, tenants and agents and still be an integral part of the lettings team; handling enquiries and processing check ins and check outs and supporting your team to deliver an award winning service.

**The Package**
**Salary - £20,600 - £25,000**
**Location - East Kent**
**Work Pattern - 5 days a week**

**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- As the leading agent in this area we know we can teach you the skills and knowledge to be a great Inventory Clerk, so previous experience is not necessary.
- Maths and English Grade C or above
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
