Posturite Ltd are a leading provider of ergonomic solutions in the workplace helping thousands of clients improve the health, happiness and productivity of their employees through a range of solutions.

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to be part of our Purchasing Team working with our suppliers to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement & buying project work.

Applicants will need to be confident & tenacious with a great communication style along with excellent knowledge & strong skills in Microsoft Office. Must have procurement/purchasing experience.

There will be an opportunity for some hybrid working after an initial training period.

**Duties**:

- Progressing projects and seeing them through to closure
- Scoping potential new projects
- Reporting project status to key stakeholders
- Communicating with internal customers, external customers and suppliers
- Communicating with multiple departments within the business
- Develop a good working knowledge of department processes and assisting with continued development
- Maintain a good understanding of all Posturite products and services

**Skills**:

- A good understanding of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Experience of project work
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks
- Ability to think critically
- To work well within a team
