Be part of our team as a Groundsperson, ensuring the High Post site's impeccable appearance. From grass cutting and hedge maintenance to weed control and flower beds, your role will maintain the site's above-average standards.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Perform diverse grass cutting tasks using various equipment.
- Maintain perimeter hedges and conduct fencing inspections.
- Upkeep flower beds and plant shrubs as needed.
- Clear dead wood and leaves for a tidy environment.
- Support overall site maintenance, including snow clearing.
**Qualifications**:
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
- Valid, clean category B driving license for tractor and mowing machines.
**Desirable Certification**:
- NPTC 201/202/203 (CS30/31): Combined Chainsaw Maintenance & Felling Small Trees.
