**Last Mile Assistant**
£22,220 - £27,000 plus benefits (Work Level 6B)
Manchester city centre, hybrid working (minimum two days a week in the office)

We’re looking for a Last Mile Assistant to help us deliver our exciting new food digital strategy at Co-op. In this role, you’ll support the Digital Last Mile Manager in modernising and shaping the future of the way our customers and members shop at the Co-op. We’ve come a long way from where we were, but there’s more work to be done. We’re focusing on technology and how we can improve and automate operations to provide a better delivery experience for our customers.

**What you’ll do**
- Work with colleagues across the business to promote a more digital-focussed and forward-thinking culture, gaining buy-in and explaining the benefits of our digital propositions.
- Support the Last Mile Manager with the performance management of our third-party couriers, making sure they meet targets
- Analyse internal data to spot trends, identifying areas for improvement or opportunities
- Work with closely with the customer manager to make sure feedback from our online customers is being put into action
- Communicate effectively with all members of the team and wider business, escalating any issues outside your role to the appropriate department

**This role will suit people who have**
- A passion for Ecommerce
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships with a variety of external and internal partners
- The ability to present data in a meaningful and actionable way
- Good general IT skills, Microsoft Excel skills are essential: Including VLOOKUPs, pivot & formulas to present data in an engaging format
- Strong organisational and time management skills
