**Quality Auditor - Full Time (Late Shift 19:00 - 03.30 Monday - Friday)**

**Role reports into the QA Manager**

**Lincolnshire Herbs is one of the largest growers of fresh cut and living pot herbs in the UK and we have an opportunity for a full time QA to join our team based in Bourne, Lincolnshire.**
- To work within cut production, auditing the products journey through production and closely monitoring paperwork conformance.
- To conduct a range of audits; Internal Audits, GMP, and Quality audits ensuring standards and systems are working correctly. To ensure accurate checking of codes/dates/labels, sleeves and packaging etc., and action any discrepancies identified to ensure accurate release by the QA department. Daily Quality stock check - to ensure that any stock issues/quality feedback is addressed with the Line Leaders and Managers. To carry out Glass and Brittle Plastic checks weekly. To conduct monthly traceability & mass balance exercises

- **Person Specification**:

- Not responsible for the management of any individual, however are part of a small QA team and therefore needs to be an effective team player and capable of managing good working relationships.
- Full driving licence
- Good basic education, minimum G.C.S.E in English/Maths

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,040.00 per year
