The Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and safe operations of our field team while maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency. The night supervisor must be prepared to handle emergencies and resolve issues that may arise during the night shift. This demands quick decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Effective communication between the engineers, planners and management is crucial for reporting on activities, issues encountered, outcomes of audits and also raising concerns if any.
**Position**: Temporary Supervisor
**Location**:Iver, LMC
**Job Type**:Full-time, six month fixed term contract
**Hours**:4 on 4 off, 40.25 hours
**Salary**:£18 per hour

**About the Role**:
Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us on our Logistics Management Contract, to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.
- Ensure all engineers compliant with PPE & Company policy's standards
- Supporting engineers on the field
- Competencies of engineers
- Audits
- Training of engineers
- managing sites and keeping clients up-to-date
- H&S onsite
- Basic vehicle maintenance & Stock
- Work instructions to Engineers
- problem-solving
- Site set up and site stand down as well as housekeeping.
- Planning breaks on 12hrs or 24hrs drivers
- Taking Deliveries and off-hiring equipment
- To carry out any reasonable request made by the Line Manager.
