Dance Coach

Absolute Futbol is an established sports coaching company within Lancashire. We aim to deliver outstanding developmental sports coaching programs that develops social, communication, teamwork and leadership skills within children and Schools. We want to give every child the chance to flourish in a fun, challenging, structured and safe environment that helps spark a flame in their passion for sport.

We are looking for a confident Dance Coach that can fit within our business. We are looking for a motivated, flexible, innovative coach that can not only deliver to the high standards we set but devise new ideas on how to engage children in the world of sport.

The role will involve travel across Lancashire between nurseries, schools and holiday clubs, with the later providing the opportunity for additional hours. Absolute Futbol a contribution towards travel expenses.

**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver quality and structured dance sessions to children aged 2 - 11 within Nurseries, Primary Schools and Holiday Clubs.
- To liaise with all stake holders effectively in order to develop the company.
- Hold at Dance coaching qualification
- Hold at least one NGB Level 1 sports coaching qualification
- Have previous experience of delivering Coaching Sessions in Primary Schools
- Have experience of delivering PE lessons to Primary Schools
- Completed a Safeguarding Children Training
- First Aid Qualified
- Driving Licence and own transport is essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dance coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence with access to a vehicle? (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Enhanced DBS (preferred)
