Legal Cashier

Reed Accountancy are delighted to work with this friendly company, based in Maidenhead SL6. They are looking for a Legal Cashier to join their wonderful team. With a negotiable salary, this is a brilliant new role for you.

Attributes

All applicants must have;
- A-C Grade Maths and English GCSEs
- At least 2 years varied accounts experience
- High volume bank reconciliation experience
- Good communication skills; both written and oral
- Be proficient in Excel Intermediate level
- The ability to work accurately in a pressured environment with attention to detail
- A flexible attitude and be a team player
- The ability to work in a highly regulated industry and follow laid down procedures
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection and GDPR requirements

Role
The varied role includes but is not limited to:
- Computerised and manual bank reconciliations
- Download daily bank statements
- Maintain AMLR records
- Cancelled and stopped cheques
- Load Inter Account Transfers
- Assist with card payments
- Review of weekly Cash Diaries
- Assisting team members at busy times and during absences
