**Do you have experience working within Accounts?**
**Are you available to start immediately?**
If so, Osborne Appointments are currently looking to recruit **two Purchase Ledger Clerk / Administrators** to join a Construction Company based in **Hitchin.**
Our client is looking for an individual that can help support workload within the Accounts department for a period of 4 - 5 weeks (_could be extended_)
- **_Monday to Thursday _ _- 9am to 5.30pm, early finish at 5pm on Fridays_**:
- **_1 hour lunch break_**:
- **_Weekly Pay - £10 - £12 an hour_**:
- **_Temporary opportunity for a period of 4 - 5 weeks_**:
- **_Free on-site parking, full training provided and great working environment. _**
**Purchase Ledger Clerk - Responsibilities:
- Putting invoices onto the COINs system, assigning these to the correct place or job
- Scanning invoices, requesting approval from site then releasing payment
- Producing supplier statements
- Data Entry
**Purchase Ledger Clerk - Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within finance / accounts administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate; using Microsoft packages
- Good communicator
- Organised
- Available to start immediately
- Experience using COINs would be desirable, but not essential
