Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in focused conversations with patients to provide tailored health advice, leaving them feeling well-informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
- Execute technical tasks within the dispensary, including ordering medicines, labeling, dispensing, endorsing, and managing prescription collections, ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
- Adhere to all legal and professional requirements, as well as accepted guidelines for professional practice within Swan Pharmacy.
- Actively seek opportunities to collaborate with GPs and practice teams in order to promote our services and products.
- Streamline dispensary operations for optimal efficiency and minimise dispensing losses.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ level 2 in Pharmacy Services and may currently be or have previous experience of working as a Pharmacy Dispenser to join us
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Knowledge of legal and professional requirements in pharmacy practice
