Financial Controller

Recruiting exclusively through CMA, our client is a well-established market leader who currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join them in a number one finance role at their head office near to Ferndown, Dorset.
**What will the Financial Controller role involve?**
- Managing a team of seven with responsibility for all areas of finance for the business;
- Attending senior management meetings with direct input into how the business is running;
- Maintaining key relationships across the business, as well as all relevant external bodies;
- Preparing budgets and forecasts and monitoring versus performance on a monthly basis;
- Monthly management accounts, year-end, payroll and VAT returns;
- Providing technical accounting support to the finance team and the wider business.
- Fully qualified and experienced in the full preparation of management accounts;
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness;
- Previous experience of managing a finance team.
