Office Administrator / Technical Liaison
**Duties**:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and distribute quotations, correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
**Experience**:
- Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. Experience within a construction / Engineering office would also be an advantage, although training will be provided. Hours 9-5 Monday to Friday
