**Disrepair surveyor Urgently Required**

**Contract Length: 3 months +**

**Rate: TBC**

**Location: Nottingham**

**Hours: 37 per week (8-4.30 and 8-1pm on Fridays)**

**On site and office based**

Venn Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Disrepair surveyor. The role is assisting the maintenance team for a housing provider.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Pre and post inspections on properties
- Stock condition surveys to include disrepair
- Working with section 11 and legai claims
- Dealing with damp and Mould
- Providing high levels of customer care
