**About the role**:
As a Children and Young People Caseworker you will be: - providing direct support services to children and young people who have been victims and witnesses of crime. You will support them throughout their journey through the Criminal Justice System, you will help them to cope and recover from the impact of crime and help them know their rights and entitlements. Working alongside our team of experienced caseworkers providing support to clients affected by hate crime, sexual violence, burglary, harassment and many others.

You will need: - Knowledge and understanding of impact of crime on children and young people. Empathy and compassion to support vulnerable people. Experience of successful delivery of support working directly with young people including complex cases and a proven track record of working directly with in a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting.
