Signature are delighted to be recruiting for Claims Handler to join a successful and friendly property company for a maternity cover contract (9 months). While this job is totally remote, you’ll need to be able to commute into Bristol of a weekly catch upwith your manager (usually lunch or a coffee).

Working within the team your responsibilities will be:

- Management of a property caseload
- Communicating with clients, policyholders, and tradespeople
- Working within client SLA's
- Monitoring progress of all cases and relaying relevant information to all parties accordingly
- Building relationships with policyholders and guiding them through the process
- Complaint Management
- Adhering to all service quality standards set by the company

**Benefits**:

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of developing successful relationships within a client focussed environment
- An adaptable attitude and flexible approach to work
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive outlook and be a confident communicator
- Excellent telephone manner
