We are looking for an individual with drive, enthusiasm, and passion for helping us grow our business and further establish our position in the industry. You will be a good communicator and work well within a team.- A graduate or similar with at least two years' experience in a marketing/communications role. Ideally, someone with strong copywriting skills and a keen interest in content creation and colleague engagement initiatives.-
- About the role:
- To support the Marketing Manager with all internal and external marketing & communication activities for Eville & Jones. It includes developing our brand identity and working on marketing campaigns and content creation to support our commercial and employer brand activities. From an internal perspective, this means ensuring all internal communication is consistent, relevant and inspiring.- Core focus areas will be digital marketing, events, brand development, internal communications, and colleague engagement. Work with the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to deliver the marketing and communications plan aligned with the business strategy.**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Assist in the production of marketing materials for online and offline campaigns.-
- Content creation and copywriting for newsletters, the website and social media.-
- Manage the social media sites, post content including photos and videos, and monitor messages and audience activity.-
- Use web analytics tools to track website traffic and measure and report on the impact of marketing activity and paid advertising campaigns.-
- Events - assist with the organisation and promotion of events.-
- Brand champion - develop and maintain company brand guidelines and templates.-
- Prepare internal announcements and colleague engagement initiatives fostering a positive culture.-
- Support the People team to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organisation.-
- Ensure the intranet reflects our employer brand and culture and is a relevant and valuable platform for employees.-
- Manage mailing lists, internal contact groups and external subscribers on e-comms software.-
- Manage the marketing and colleague engagement mailboxes.-
- Manage 3rd party relationships and agencies-

- Strong copy-editing abilitiesengines-
- Familiarity with Hootsuite or other scheduling tools is preferable-
- An understanding of google analytics and paid for/sponsored advertising is-
- preferable.-
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail-
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines-
- Excellent time management skills-
- Strong interpersonal and social abilities-
- Creative thinking**Qualifications**:
- A university degree in Marketing, English, Media Studies or similar.-
- Or other relevant marketing qualifications, e.g., CIM.
