Personal & Small Corporate Marketing Executive

**Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the AXA Global Healthcare Marketing team as a Marketing Executive on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Within this role you will support the development and effective implementation of a multi-insurer growth marketing strategy, across the complete value chain. At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
What you'll be doing:
- New business marketing campaigns:
- Supporting the Personal and Small Corporate Marketing team to manage and deliver a range of multi-channel lead generation marketing campaigns which support delivery of the Growth Marketing strategy.
- Work with agencies to deliver quality leads to support new business growth targets. Analyse and produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness against targets, raising risks and issues as appropriate.
- Digital marketing content development:
- Constantly strive to improve the Personal and Small Corporate prospect and renewing customer journey and positively impact conversion through the creation and execution of digital marketing content and assets.
- Support the Personal and Small Corporate Marketing team to enhance acquisition content on website, drive improvements to SEO and PPC performance.
- Business change and mandatory projects:
- Supporting the Personal and Small Corporate Marketing team, manage the implementation of mandatory and business changes across marketing assets and communications. Work with colleagues across the business to ensure the timely distribution and communication of assets into systems and processes.
- Compliance and regulatory management:
- Ensure all financial promotions and external communications go through the official clearance process and/or consent processes to adhere to specific country regulations as appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
- Marketing campaign experience
- Confident analysing and reporting on campaign performance
- Experience of briefing marketing agencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative, copywriting and proofing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of marketing methods
- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to deliver at pace
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
