Sales Progressor

GMP Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Progressor to provide much needed support to a busy and growing Property company in Worcester.

Our client is a leading, multi-branch independent Property Agent who are a highly recognisable and successful brand. They pride themselves on their reputation for delivering outstanding customer service to their clients and they believe in bringing togethertraditional values, the latest technology and a real passion for people and property.

This is a fast paced and demanding position that will require excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills.

Previous Sales Progression experience is preferred.

**Sales Progressor main duties**:

- You will manage a pipeline of sold properties, liaising closely with vendors, buyers and solicitors progressing the sale through to completion and coordinating this sometimes-difficult period
- Working closely with the sales team, you will delegate the correct calls to the right individuals deal with incoming enquiries, message taking and diary management
- Send drafts for approval, check paperwork and send sales invoices

**Sales Progressor desired skills and experience**:

- Demonstrable experience in a demanding administration led role
- Previous knowledge of the property market and/or estate agency experience is preferred
- Organised and able to communicate with solicitors, vendors and clients at all levels
- Able to work closely with a team but still produce exceptional results working alone under tight deadlines
- You must possess exceptional customer service skills and great attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and alternative Saturday work 9-1pm.

For every two Saturdays worked per month you will receive a day off during the week.

You will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary up to 24K pending relevant experience, plus additional company benefits.
