**The Opportunity**

Working flexibly from our London office, you will be joining Rimes at a time of growth as we continue to scale our operations in the UK and globally. You will be working in the **Delivery Excellence group**, in the COO area, who are responsible for driving optimisation, scaling and transforming the organisation for growth.

Your role will be to set up the PMO and Portfolio Management capability across Rimes, operationalising both PMO and Portfolio Management practices across our programme / project delivery portfolio, for both internal and external clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned PMO / Portfolio Management Lead, to have the opportunity to shape and set up both the PMO / Portfolio Management practices and recruit / grow / lead the team who will be executing on these processes going forward, working alongside the Head of Delivery Excellence and the Head of Implementation. The team will be based in Cyprus, a key Rimes location - you will have responsibility for growing and running the team in Cyprus building and managing the team from London to support PMO & portfolio / financial management and also PMO processes.

As a key member of the Delivery Excellence team, you will also be expected to utilise your PMO & Portfolio management experience to contribute to the project delivery Community of Practice and help support the industrialisation of PMO processes for internal / client projects and the / mentoring of more junior resources in PMO roles.

**What you will be doing**

Setting up the Portfolio / PMO capability to achieve the following, supported by a team that you will grow
- Programme / Project Planning
- Support projects by helping to identify the critical path / key dependencies to ensure that these are managed via ongoing reporting, monitoring and reviews
- Programme / Project Status Reporting
- Setting up standardised reporting across the portfolio of internal / external projects
- Monitor the quality of the reporting and act as a quality control for inadequate reporting
- Overall management of portfolio risks / issues / dependencies
- Support of Board / Exco / SteerCo reporting for Projects
- Financial Management
- Support the rollout of time reporting and adherence to time reporting standards
- Consolidation of financial reporting across portfolio and provision of project financials to financial controllers
- Reconciling overall forecasts / actuals on a monthly basis and support for billing of T&M projects to clients
- Support the annual budget process
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet appropriate client margins and managing costs appropriately
- Forecasting / Resource Allocation
- Setting up Supply and demand management processes across the portfolio of projects
- Consolidation of the demand from sales pipeline and supply position from projects
- Conduct ongoing management of this process
- Portfolio Management
- Provide consolidated project status reporting across the portfolio
- By region / project type
- Monitoring of business outcomes for strategic projects for exco reporting
- Governance and Stakeholder Management
- Set up adequate project portfolio governance processes
- Set up project review processes to ensure that periodic quality reviews are conducted on critical / high risk projects
- Support the creation and delivery of relevant communications related to the change agenda to the organisation
- Team Management
- Set up of the team with the appropriate experience to support the required processes
- Definition and documentation of the appropriate processes

**What we are looking for**
- Industry
- In-depth knowledge of PMO & Project Portfolio Management processes and experience of setting up these capabilities
- Knowledge of Financial Services industry, ideally in the asset management area.
- Ideally knowledgeable of market data processes within financial services institutions
- Experience of working for a company which provides services to external Clients or has experience in Service Delivery type organisations
