**About The Role**:
EKC Group are seeking an Estates Assistant to join the Group as and when required. As an Estates Assistant you will play an active key role in the Estates team, providing caretaking and general maintenance services across the college.

The position covers a wide range of services normally associated with Estates functions but does not have regular hours.

**About You**:
You will have experience in general maintenance or multi-trades, carrying out testing, monitoring and maintaining of planned preventative maintenance records. You will also have experience and sound knowledge of emergency light testing and record keeping.

If you have experience of working in this field along with a passion for sharing your knowledge and expertise with the future generation this position will be ideal for you.

You will need to live within 20 minutes of reaching the campus. Full training will be available depending on skills and experience.
