Only 3 Elements (o3e) is the leading provider of Charity Team Building Challenges. All of our events give back to charity, and if they don't, well then we don't do them In the last 13 years, we've managed to donate over £2m million worth of equipment to charities.

Back in 2011, we created The Charity Bike Build. From this event, we've now managed to donate over 2,500 bikes to charities and social projects within the UK and Europe. We're now looking for more Bike Mechanics to join our growing team of freelancers We're after people who are keen to learn, enthusiastic about giving back, and are happy to present to a small group of people

You'll be responsible for helping us set up and pack down the event, run a 20 minute knowledge session (on either brakes, wheels, comfort and steering, gears and quality), help the teams with troubleshooting throughout the event, and then MOT and PDI (pre-delivery inspection) the bikes at the end of the event. It's really great fun and obviously a great chance to give back.

For your first 5 events, we pay a standard day rate of £150. This covers you for 10 hours, although most of our events are normally a 4-5 hour window. Your rate will then increase to £170. We also cover all travel expenses and overnights where necessary. We pride ourselves on paying above the national living wage.

We became a BCorp at the end of 2020, to show the world that we are leading the change to make the planet a better place for all. This year we have signed up for Climeworks CO2 removal program in order to be carbon-neutral too.
