**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

Business Administrative Assistant

What will you do?
- Ad hoc administrative support to administrative assistants and other day-to-day tasks
- Administrative support for RBC BlueBay’s D&I initiatives
- Co-ordinate ad hoc travel and accommodation requirements, booking travel online, capturing details in relevant diary and providing detailed itineraries ahead of business-related travel
- Conducting general office administration, including processing expense claims, invoices, copying, scanning, collation of various documents etc
- General day to day management of the 4th floor (locker location, desk moves, assist with new joiners onboarding, floor access approvals, raise and monitor Workplace Service Centre tickets etc.)
- Escalate and monitoring service on the floor (ensure RBC BlueBay expectations are met) and liaising with Corporate Real Estate / raising Workplace Service Centre tickets. (e.g. cleaning levels, meeting rooms tidy, fruit levels, crockery issues etc.)
- Be the point of contact regarding any office management on the 4th floor. Build and maintain a good relationship with our Corporate Real Estate team, facilities, reception, post room etc.
- This role will be reporting to the EA to the CEO

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Solid previous administrative assistant experience within asset management or investment banking, as well as some office management experience
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage expectations
- Strong team player and ability to adapt to a fast paced team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement within company guidelines
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience

**Nice-to-have**
- Degree educated preferred but not essential
- Workday and Concur experience is preferable
