Due to continued growth here at Decrobond, we are looking for an edgebander labourer. We are looking for a extremely dedicated person to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating edgebander machine with another member of staff.
- Perform regular maintenance inspections.
- Meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised area at all times, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Be able to understand production documents.
- Communicate thoroughly with all departments.
- Prepare work station in advance of projects.
- Assist with other tasks that maybe required by your direct supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating an Edgebander machine is preferred.
- Familiarity of manufacturing doors and cubicles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Good mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new process, but also be able to implement potential changes to benefit the team and the business.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- Normanton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
