CMS Recruitment are currently working with a very well known Engineering company based in Gateshead. We are currently looking to recruit a Zone Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as first line management in the organisation and **running of the assigned press zone**, reporting to the Senior Manufacturing and H&S Controller
- We are looking for someone with the personality and the mind-set to make the first step into management of the business.
- You should be a team player, with the ability to uphold the company policy on Quality, Health and Safety, productivity, conduct and housekeeping. Ideally with a previous knowledge of press setting, and previous Team Leader experience.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance are also critical to this role.
- **Must have experience of press machines AND leadership experience within a similar role.**

In Return:

- Negotiable Salary (Depending on experience)
- Working Week Monday - Thursday (Over 2 shifts)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
