Role Responsibilities
- Attend meetings/ calls with team and stakeholders.
- Regularly tracking and updating consignment statuses.
- Developing schedules and routes for drivers to ensure that consignments and processes are on schedule.
- Communicating to customers and team potential problems to and recommending solutions.
- First line of support to current and new customers.
- Monitor driver availability and recommend new trips.
- Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
- Proven experience developing schedules, allocation of tasks, and or resource management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- The ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
