Exeter Health Plus is a dynamic clinic offering chiropractor, physiotherapy, sports therapy and sports massage services for the treatment of back pain, sciatica and sports injuries.

The clinic has been operating in Exeter for over ten years and has a growing demand for patient care and a very loyal client base.

If you are looking for a role where you will help us provide the highest standards of service then this position is for you

You will be involved in all aspects of running the clinic, from meeting and greeting clients, front desk duties (phone and booking appointments) and general tasks like keeping the clinic clean and tidy.

The right person will be outgoing, very happy to talk to people and be genuinely interested in building relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Meeting and Greeting clients
- Reception cover including answering the phone and booking appointments
- Taking payments and cashing up
- General clinic duties e.g. cleaning and ordering stock
- Providing a personal experience to every client
- Promoting the clinic and services effectively to potential new clients to secure their appointment bookings
- Contribute to building on our excellent reputation within the community

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience in a similar role or experience in sales is desirable but not essential. We provide training and support. We are looking for someone who has the right attitude and is willing to learn quickly with a passion for first-class customer service.

**Working hours and pay**

Part-time

15 to 22.5 hours per week (2-3 days per week)

9am - 5.30pm

No weekends or bank holidays

£11.50 to £12.50ph

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week
