My client is searching for a Retrofit Coordinator who is a great communicator with a strong understanding of retrofit to join their growing team in Glasgow.

Responsibilities include overseeing domestic retrofit projects from inception to completion, liaising with building owners and key project stakeholders, and preparing a Medium-Term improvement plan using data from retrofit assessments to provide a scope of improvement over a 20-30 year period.

This work will not only sharpen and expand your abilities as a coordinator, but it will also provide you with the opportunity to obtain the full Retrofit Assessor accreditation.
- Basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
