We are working with a large Further Education College based in Northampton.

**Our client currently has an opportunity to join them on a full time permanent basis as a Plumbing Assessor**

**The person & qualifications**
- Is a qualified Lecturer or is prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education)
- Has a wealth of experience in the sector
- You will hold a relevant vocational qualification at Level 3 or above a
- Ideally you will also hold an Assessor qualification although this is not essential as this can be supported during the early stages of employment if required.
- You will need a full driving licence and your own transport to be able to effectively visit employers and apprentices on site.
- You should current knowledge of how to access up to date and valid Information, Advice and Guidance and thorough knowledge of forms of assessment to identify individual needs.
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate giving effective and constructive feedback to individuals.
- Has experience of working in accordance with qualification and assessment frameworks and dealing with a range of external bodies.
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills to enable multiple projects to be worked on simultaneously.

£30,000 - £38,000 per annum
