**The Role**

Maintaining bank reconciliations for all legal entities in the Commercial Services Group.

Security is highly important in this role therefore you will need to remain constantly vigilant against fraud and error, maintaining a strong controls environment to mitigate risks.

**Key Duties**
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations or the main KCC bank account.
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliations for all other bank accounts.
- Ensure in all cases reconciling differences are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Provide flash updates each week on the status of bank reconciliations and unresolved differences.
- Collate and process VAT included on staff expenses each month.
- Collate and process corporate credit cards each month.

**Other Duties**
- Support for systems development and testing with regard to the banking functions.
- Backup support for manual sales invoicing in PSFinancials.
- Other appropriate duties consistent with the status and role of the post.
