Must have a BEng (Hons) Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

**Client Details**
- Located in Torbay
- Offer property services such as building consultancy, project management and engineering across the South West
- Our client work closely with the public sector such as NHS, educational institutions and government organisations.

**Description**
- Assist the building services team with maintenance, design and construction within the electrical services across the South West.
- Manage schemes and projects to fulfil client needs in regards to cost and delivery.
- Maintaining legislation and design standards.
- Potential repairs include HVAC, data installations, security systems, generators
- Liaise with architects. building surveyors, contract managers and engineers.
- Must be willing to travel 1-3 days a week within the South West.

**Profile**

Essential:

- Have a degree in Building Services Engineering/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Ability to carry out physical repairs and maintenance
- A strong understanding of AutoCad use, drawings and design
- Willing to travel and occasionally work unsociable hours

Desirable:

- Hold or currently working towards CEng professional registration and membership through CIBSE or IET.
- Understand modern practices such as HASAW and CDM regulations.
