Warehouse Administrator

BSNI is working with a leading distribution company that is recruiting a warehouse administrator for their site in Mallusk:.

Hours of work: 30hrs per week between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday

**Duties**:

- Data entry
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Working in the warehouse when required
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Customer service
- Organize and maintain warehouse space for optimal efficiency
- Working along side administrators
- Assist in picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in warehouse / admin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft admin
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of stock control principles and inventory management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labour as required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, suppliers, and carriers

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.20-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
