Fencing Labourer

**Overview**:
Fencing labourer required for a busy Security Fencing and Gate company. Full clean UK driving Licence essential with CSCS card preferable. Training Provided.

**Full Job description**:
This role will require:

- Reporting to Fencing Installation Team Leaders for job specifications and instruction.
- To work as a member of a fencing gang, undertaking manual tasks designated by the Fencing Installation Team Leader.
- Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Preparing and clearing site ready for job.
- Preparing ground for fencing and/or gates.
- Erecting fences and/or gates as well as various security products to a high standard.
- To gain an understanding of the installation of various fencing systems and gates.
- Carrying out safe, efficient installations to an exceptional quality standard.
- Ensuring sites are cleaned to a high standard upon completion of works.
- Responsible for taking care of our company equipment - Including vehicles.
- Ability to work well with others, to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible to change.
- Ability to organise your time and workload.
- Be capable of working to high standard to achieve a install which is right first time.
- Driving to and from project site in company van **(If eligible).**:

- Occasionally delivering and collecting materials to and from site **(If eligible).**:

- To ensure that the vehicles and machinery that you are using are in good working order and are being used correctly and safely in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and Safes working practices.
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations & Safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure the correct uniform and PPE is worn at all times.

- Be able to perform manual tasks in an outdoor environment in all types of weather.
- Have good time keeping skills
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and on your own.
- Be self motivated and trustworthy
- Be reliable.
- You must have valid clean full UK driving licence.

**Ideals**:

- Valid and in date CSCS cards preferred but not essential.
- Experience preferable but not essential, full training provided.

Pay: £11.42-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
