Dietetic Administrator

You will be part of a friendly and dynamic team, providing administrative support to the Berkshire Nutrition & Dietetic Service. You will be based at West Berkshire Community Hospital.
The successful applicant will have good communication and organisational skills; have ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, have excellent IT skills and especially be efficient in using Teams, Outlook and Word. Experience of data bases and data analysis is also an advantage, as well as being able to show initiative and identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve processes.
Previous experience of administrative work is essential to the role as well as flexibility and resilience. The postholder will work under the direction and supervision of the Dietetic Team Leader.
The post holder will work as a member of Nutrition and Dietetic service, coordinating and providing administrative support to a designated operational team, including collating and inputting data.
The post holder will be responsible for the registering, booking and monitoring of all patient appointments into the Nutrition and Dietetic Service.

**The “must haves” for this role**:
Experience of working as an administrator
NVQ Level 3/3 A Levels or equivalent
Excellent written communication skills
Advanced working knowledge of MS office packages
