We are looking for an amazing **Inventory Clerk** to be responsible for attending a portfolio of properties to asses and report on their condition, creating accurate reports. You will be required to take photos of properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created for the tenants and landlords involved.
This role is full time, Monday - Friday with some travel to sites within 1 hour radius of Manchester.

**What will you do?**
- Visit and inspect residential properties for both inventories and check out reports
- Book in check out inspections with residents in a timely manner
- Negotiate deposit deductions with residents and landlords
- Take clear photographs within the properties
- Take meter readings and key listing for the property
- Report maintenance issues identified to relevant property manager
- Notify utility providers of meter readings upon tenant move in and move out
- Notify local council upon tenants move in and move out

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent communication skills
- Full, UK clean driving licence and car
- Highly organisation skills, with admin diary management experience
- Stong team player
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
- Impressive attention to detail - with an eye to note all features, issues and any damage within properties
- High level of customer service skills
- Experience using an Apple/Samsung tablet and/or mobile phone
- Previous experience working within property industry (desirable)
