**About the role**

The role is part of **Riello & Vokèra** (Carrier's company) which is a leading heating manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes domestic gas boilers, light commercial gas boilers, unvented cylinders, water.

Main role's aim is to provide support of **Riello & Vokèra **products through proactive and customer friendly technical assistance. Person hired on that position will provide telephone and on-line pre and post sales technical support to customers, installers and service technicians requiring guidance and assistance on our products and accessories.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Technical Helpline Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Parts identification and selection for spare part enquiries.
- Handling technical enquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of Riello/Vokèra products.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, help sheets, reports and records on computer database.
- Any other duties as reasonably required to assist with Riello/Vokèra technical operations

**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:

- ACS qualification (Gas safe)
- Previous experience in repairing residential and commercial boilers
- Good understanding of heat system
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Computer skills (including MS Office).
