Our client has an opportunity for you This role is based in the **Leigh** office in**Lancashire**, with a salary that ranges from **£20k - £25K**based on experience.

With systems that integrate different building technology systems together to automate interoperability, this allows customersto better manage the performance of those systems. This includes highlighting inefficiencies, reporting on compliance for regulatory standards and improving the well-being for occupants within the working environment.

The company is searching for someone who is excited about how their technology makes a real difference to the environment as we all strive to reduce energy, emissions and associated costs.

**The Role**:
Based in the Leigh office in Lancashire as a **Sales and Marketing Support Assistant,**you will have a varied role working to support the sales and marketing team to focus on growing the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring the performance of the websites with SEO tools and produce reports on specific and targeted key words
- Organising sales and marketing collateral such as leaflets and brochures
- Helping with the organisation of exhibitions including marketing materials and logistics
- Creating simple quotations and supporting existing customers with sales queries
- Assisting the sales and management team with varied tasks
- Using Sales Force, Excel and Pages (for Mac) where training will be provided

**About You**:

- You have excellent communication and confidence skills, and love talking to people on the phone or in person
- You are willing to travel and be away from home on occasion
- You have a willingness to learn including personal development and research, both independently and as part of a team, and seek answers to things you do not yet know
- You have skills in Excel, Powerpoint and or Mac equivalents
- You have a passion for technology, key to the passion of the business that will lead you to deliver excellent work
- You have high organisation skills including task management, using lists and calendars to prioritise tasks, time management where you can always be punctual and do what it takes in working towards a deadline
- You have a meticulous nature to ensure the production of accurate quotations for customers
- You thoroughly understand how to calculate profit based on % gross margin calculations, cost of sale and final price
