Spa Receptionist

Doubletree by Hilton St. Anne’s Manor is set in the heart of 25 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, on the edge of the historic market town of Wokingham and within easy reach of the commuter towns of Bracknell and Reading.

We are looking for a team member to join our Health club as a spa receptionist you need to have a true passion for hospitality to join us on our exciting new journey to further enhance our guest experience.

**The Role**:
As a Health Club Receptionist, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from within our Health Club. A Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests, members and visitor's and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, complete audit procedures, as required
- Ensure that the Health Club Manager are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Attend appropriate training courses, when required.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of Spa and Health club rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
