CNC Turner

DLI Engineering are looking to recruit an experienced **Mazak CNC Turner and PUMA CNC Turner** to join their Team of Precision Engineers in **Trimdon, Co Durham** manufacturing parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries. **We have invested in New Machinery and have a new Management Team overseeing the Shop Floor.**
- Programming, setting and operating **Mazak or PUMA** Lathes for one off components and batch runs.
- Machine a variety of **exotic materials** including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
- Experience of **machining **medium to large components supplied to the Oil & Gas and Aerospace Industry standards.

Applicants **MUST** have experience of:

- Operating **Mazak** or **PUMA** **CNC Lathes**:

- Programming using **Mazatrol** conversation or **Fanuc**:

- Turning metals to **tight tolerances**:

- Reading and interpreting **engineering drawings**

As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an **interesting** and **varied position**.

There are various shift patterns 6am till 2pm or 2pm till 10pm with an opportunity of overtime as required.

**Salary**: £42,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
