**We are recruiting for an ambitious, professional, resilient and respectful**:
**Lecturer in Human Resources (CIPD)**
Salary up to £8,854.25 (£35,417 FTE) per annum with Teachers Pension Scheme, or up to £10,951 (£43,804) per annum if accessing full flexible pay options.
9.25 hours (0.25 FTE), 52 weeks per year.

**Duties**:
- Teach on CIPD courses and work to develop an outstanding provision that has a positive impact on the learner and assessment process.
- To assist in the development of teaching and learning materials, preparing schemes of work, lesson plans and maintaining records to monitor learner progression, achievement and attendance.
- Provide appropriate and relevant guidance for learners enabling them to develop knowledge, understanding and skills.
- To develop and implement timely, safe, consistent and relevant assessment plans and resources that are linked to initial and current assessments.
- Liaise with CIPD, external quality reviewers and local CIPD branches.
**Skills/experience**:
- Highly motivated HR professional with teaching experience.
- Either teaching/tutoring experience with apprentices, part time or full time learners is beneficial.
- Well organised and hold an excellent range of communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Qualified to level 5 CIPD or above, in a business or HR related topic.
- Hold a CIPD membership.
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards relevant qualification.
