We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a HR Co-ordinator, this role supports the HR Team with day-to-day operations, with a specific focus on recruitment and retention. This is a well-established client with lots of benefits for employees, one being their approach to hybrid working.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Coordinate Recruitment and Selection process
- Coordinator new starters onboarding and induction
- Managing HR Inbox
- Sending new contracts
- Liaise with line managers with regards to appraisals and probation end dates
**Knowledge/Skills required**:
- Previous HR experience (desirable)
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong and accurate writing skills
- Ability to be discreet and confidential
