In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of data management, specifically focusing on contract and service performance data. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with operational stakeholders across the UK, allowing you to present valuable insights and findings to both the Business Systems Manager and Specialist Services Director.

Not only will you contribute to the construction of a centralised master data repository, but you will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our processes through routine administration activities.

Furthermore, your skills will extend beyond data validation as you provide essential support on various technology and analytics projects as they arise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Business Systems Manager with the development of the Insight project across all areas, from design to completion
- Analyse labour spend and report trends to portfolio directors within Healthcare
- Administer the central master data repository:
New, existing data and amendments - manage data, uploads, maintain/improve quality
- Data entry into other business systems
- Provide on-demand reports and analytics. Work with BI team to qualify data to Insights
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on how to use system
- Respond to incidents and change requests related to day-to-day support and data quality:

- Resolve or allocate/escalate queries promptly
- Proactively implement fixes to resolve root cause issues

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience of data manipulation and analysis - using Excel and other solutions
- Experience and knowledge of BI solutions such as Tableau
- Great communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Team player, self-starter with the ability to explain technical instructions to non-technical members of the team
- Customer-focused, process driven, data centric and analytical, with a strong attention to detail and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Well-organised and efficient - able to manage own workload effectively under own initiative, meet deadlines and multi-task across projects and teams
- A high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
