**Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant**:

- **Assist dynamic lessons**:Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- ** Tailored support**:Provide personalized support to students, nurturing academic excellence.
- ** Positive environment**:Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
- ** Innovative collaboration**:Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
- ** Holistic development**:Contribute to the social and emotional growth of students, promoting their well-being.

**Qualities We Seek**:

- **Educational background**:Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, focusing on primary education.
- ** Positive demeanour**:Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to work with secondary level students.
- ** Enhanced DBS**:Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo the process.
- ** Checkable work history**:Have a fully checkable work history.
