We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Health Care.

This role will be working across two of our ADAS services, Cygnet Amberwood Lodge and Cygnet Nightingale.

This role will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Cygnet Amberwood Lodge**:
Amberwood Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and communityintegration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person’s specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the individuals we care for.

**Cygnet Nightingale**:
Nightingale is a 10 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promotingindependence and community integration.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written)
- Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment
- Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes
- Administration, audit, research and service development

**We’re looking for someone who is**
- Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent
- BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited
- Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role
- Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Qualified to Master’s degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)
