Joiner/handyman

Arktek Group Limited is a rapidly growing building services company based in the North East, we are looking for an professional, proactive joiner/handyman who can work to a high standard with high attention to detail to add to our team working Nationwide.

- This is a full-time permanent role

**Key responsibilities include;**
- Fitting skirting boards - including partial relaying existing carpets from fit
- Fitting/rehanging doors
- Fitting window sill - UPVC & wooden
- Fitting trickle vents - training provided
- Coring holes for extractor fans
- Final finishes - including caulking

**Essential criteria include;**
- Previous experience is essential
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable, punctual and presentable
- Effective communication skills
- Must be willing to travel/work away - Accommodation and meal allowance supplied
- Full clean UK driving licence

**Salary;**

From £30,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year dependant on experience.

**Schedule;**

Monday to Friday
