**JOB DESCRIPTION** JPMAM Global RFP Group Department**:
The Global RFP Group is responsible for creating the documents which articulate J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s (JPMAM) unique value proposition and brand commitments to clients around the world. This team works closely with our Product Investment Specialist and Client Advisor partners to create, curate and maintain Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).

The Global RFP Group plays a key role in both the acquisition of new business and the retention of valuable existing clients, through the completion of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other written client materials.

**Role Description**:
As a Proposal Writer - Request for Proposal (RFP) Team in Asset Management, you will have a specialist product focus and the opportunity to learn about JPMAM’s extensive range of investment products. The role will be primarily focused on our multi-asset class strategies.

You would be an RFP Writer to be based in London, as part of the wider JPMAM Global RFP Group.

**Job responsibilities**
- Work in close collaboration with the other members of the team to help deliver high quality content and solutions to be used in RFPs and DDQs, creating accurate, compelling and client-focused responses.
- Maintain and organise investment process language within our content library, IRL.
- Take overall responsibility for production and internal distribution of draft and final version RFPs
- Develop strong, effective, two-way working relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales teams and Investment Specialists
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements as these come into force in EMEA and globally.
- Interact with key stakeholder groups who will help in providing data and answering questions more thoroughly (e.g., Sales teams, Investments Specialists, Client Account Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Trading and other departments)
- Rigorously adhere to approved review, compliance and record-keeping procedures

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Solid grounding in financial markets.
- Excellent writing skills in English, and strong numeracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work interactively and inclusively with colleagues at all levels and across teams
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, and with flexibility, to meet tight deadlines
- Organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)
- Prior RFP writing experience in the asset management industry a distinct advantage
- Self-motivated, curious, and pro-active. Able to multi-task independently within a fast-paced team environment

Knowledge of JPMAM’s investment products, and the organisation of our business, would be a distinct advantage. The Investment Management Certificate (IMC) qualification, or equivalent, would also be helpful but is not essential.
