DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a MHE Trainer to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. In this role you will deliver first class training on site process and procedures to new and existing staff including MHE and Manual Handling

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Refine and enhance training materials to suit business needs
- Support induction training for all new employees
- Discuss opportunities with colleagues and supervisors to identify improvements and solutions
- Keep accurate account of all MHE training requirements including refreshers to insure training is provided at appropriate times to minimise operational impact

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Various MHE Instructor licences (Reach, Counter Balance, PPT)
- Previous operations training experience
