Executive Administrator opportunity with a leading Claims Handling Specialist.

**Location**: Hybrid
- Taunton

**Salary**: £20,500 - £23,000 DOE

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 1 hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week.

As Executive Administrator you will provide support to the Executive Team and wider business.

You will be working to strict deadlines in this demanding and varied role. You will be required to coordinate meetings, correspondence and relationships. You should also provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for visitors.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Extensive diary management (multiple diaries across multiple sites) - to include comprehensive and detailed itineraries
- Ensuring the Executive team is fully prepared for all meetings, calls and deadlines
- Extensive travel arrangements for the Executive Team to include booking meeting rooms, accommodation, trains/ flights, parking, restaurant/ table bookings (always negotiating rates)
- Draft, type and edit various types of correspondence and documents (including minutes/reports/presentations), ensuring that the final documents are presented accurately and in a professional format
- Event coordination for example but not limited to, booking events/ conferences (including hotels/ travel), charity days and social events
- General administrative duties to include internal and external correspondence, answering the phone and responding to a range of queries from the Business Support inbox
- Liaising with the Finance Team to ensure invoices are paid and expenses are submitted monthly, including for the Executive Team
- Reception cover/ duties across two sites as and when required - Be the face of the company, welcoming visitors in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner, offering refreshments when necessary and ensuring the meeting room is set up
- Responsible for managing the office supplies such as stationary, beverage and janitorial products

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- PA experience is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role where you have completed tasks such as diary management and minute taking.
- Competent using Microsoft packages.
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service
- Business Administration qualification is also desirable.
